What is a Wetland?

Not an easy answer…ask a scientist and a politician and you will get completely different answers. 

Most don’t care what the duck thinks. Seriously, it depends – do you mean nontidal wetlands (Tulloch ditching issue), or tidal wetlands (95% of what we deal with in Norfolk).
